After not eating here for almost a year because our orders were messed up time after time, we decided to give them another chance with the hope that improvements had been made and that employees who could read, write & understand basic English had been hired. Unfortunately, NOTHING has changed or improved and the employees remain as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave the order taker my order three times and explicitly stated that one of the burgers absolutely had to be plain -- meaning NO lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions or sauces -- and why (it was for a picky eater on the spectrum who has nasty fits/tantrums if things aren't "just right"). When the order was handed to me, I asked if the one burger was just meat, cheese & the bun and I was assured that there was indeed one plain burger in the bag. Except there wasn't. All 3 burgers had lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions & sauces on them and one burger even had a bottom bun that was so stale it was damn near rock hard. Our autistic individual was so upset that they had a rager of a fit, threw food everywhere and eventually broke down crying hysterically. Please, for the love of God, hire employees who can comprehend that plain means plain!!! I'm tired of wasting my hard-earned money on food that gets thrown out. I'm also tired of dealing with these f'ing outbursts that could easily be avoided if the employees were able to follow incredibly simple instructions.

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed! I had to repeat my order 7 times, the manager and the employee were bickering the entire time and I watched two customers give up and walk away waiting for some one to even acknowledge them!

Of all the years I've been going to Carl's Jr. I've never had such exceptional sincere service as the service Bryce provided for my fiance and I tonight. This review is specifically for Bryce and his outstanding customer service! That man deserves a darn raise!!!! We were served 6/6/22 at almost 10pm.

Ordered $30.00 worth of food. My sons burger had nothing in it but bacon.All I asked for was no cheese add bacon. Got a plain burger. Tried to call p hi one rings busy all the time.
