Most of the workers are ok. There are few who need to take a lesson in customer service. I was refuses service today while returning my bottle. The worker actually told me he would not take my cans back because he wasnt going to deal with my kind of people when I asked what my kind of people would that be he said I was was a bum and that I needed to get to a real job. Like the one he had...isn't taking cans part of that job he has..???

She is new. Good but her customer service skills are not matured yet. Well was the item bought w food stamps? That shouldn't matter though. You can find the manager shows up at about 6am. Talk to him. You can also inquire at a different plaid for specific plaid rules . Are you sure she wasn't waiting for the safe to release enough change.
