This place was excellent all the staff were very kind .we really loved the pool and hot tub I will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly.

Positive: The pool Negative: Very outdated and smelled of smoke in rooms and halls. It was a dive. Lights going out in stairwells and doors difficult to open.

Rooms are outdated and not the cleanest. Do not stay here for the breakfast as most items are not restocked, the juice was not drinkable and the coffee was like water. We ended up going out to breakfast 2 of our 3 mornings.

I’m not sure why the stars are so low because this hotel is awesome. We hadn’t planned on staying here because of the lower ratings but the hotel we initially checked into had bugs crawling all over the walls and beds so we switched to Best Western. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty, the pool was great. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future!
