Going to this CVS is a horrible nightmare. I only go because my current insurance will not cover Walgreens anymore. (Walgreens is awesome. They have your meds ready quickly and remember you. I love them.) CVS is painfully slow. You WILL wait in line at least an hour. When you get to the window, you WILL learn that your prescription still isn't ready. Last time I waited four hours coming back to the store repeatedly only to find they never did "find" my prescription. I heard several other people grumbling about the long wait. Even the most basic scripts that should be in stock at all times take days to fill. If you try to call to avoid wasting hours of your time at the store, no one will answer the phone. The longest I've waited was 36 minutes on hold with static-filled hold music and listening to announcements over and over and over before I finally gave up. After all this, the pharmacy technicians will be rude to you, or stop to let someone cut in front of you when you finally get to the counter. This is truly the worst pharmacy experience a person will ever have.

Steer clear! This used to be a decent pharmacy, but no more. It’s no longer open 24 hours, and sometimes even when they’re supposed to be open they decide to close early (tried 10:30pm on a Friday and they were closed even though the new hours should be midnight). You might get a text saying your Rx is ready, wait in line for an hour, finally get to the window to be told it’s not really ready and to come back later. They even filled the wrong mg & quantity of medication for a 7-year old! The new staff also doesn’t seem as professional as the old pharmacists and techs, from customer service skills & “bedside manner” to appearance. It’s pretty clear something went horribly wrong here in the last few months. Even my doctor recommended changing pharmacies because so many of their patients are complaining about how awful this one has become.

I went to the CVS Beavercreek pharmacy at 5:30 pm to pick up my rx promised for 11.am. I was told it was not ready, would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I told the clerk that it was promised for 11am. She asked if I wanted to transfer it to a different pharmacy. I asked when it would be ready. Her response was "I told you 10 -15 minutes.". This is not the first time that my rx has not been ready when promised. I'm not going back!!!

If I could rate a negative I would. The window lady tells me me medication won’t be ready because they don’t have staff for another half hour. I’m two days behind my medicine because they couldn’t fill it because they are behind. I can’t stop taking my medicine. I come back got lucky only one car in front but this car has been sitting for 46 mins so far.. this is the worst cvs I’ve been to. I have tried to use text to set my script wouldn’t work… I tried to call no answer… I’ve tried to use app.. won’t work. I have pills I can’t stop taking I’m already two days without my heart pills bc they can’t figure out how to run a business!! She wouldn’t tell me how to set up mail prescriptions… I’ve tried to call the pharmacy they never answer. DO NOT USE CVS… I’m transferring everything from them. My time and my health can’t trust them with my meds!
