Not a fan of Greyhound. Traveled twice with them and both times weren't very pleasant. Bus broke down for 6 hours on the sode of the road and the driver was rude as well. Also I had to use the restroom but wasnt allowed at the bust staion because i didnt have my ticket printed out yet.

Our bus was THREE hours late and then was stationary for over a half hour. We were supposed to go to Richmond VA and once the bus starts the driver says he's taking us to Charlottesville. We get to a non-functional station with no food or water including a broken vending machine for over 2 hours with no info on what was going on and when we were leaving. Called corporate customer service and told them the issue and they say they only deal with scheduling... Corporate?? So then I call the main number and they say to ask the driver, the driver has no info. I speak to their supervisor and he says they also only deal with scheduling and there's nothing they can do. I keep asking for a number to speak to someone regarding this and no, no and no along with I can't kept being the theme. No concern whatsoever about the HUMANS who are in the middle if nowhere and also missing their connecting buses. Now a new driver is on the bus and starts it and doesn't say a word. We have no clue where we're even headed or what happens when we get there. This was a horrible experience and it's starting to look like the only solution is to bring this issue to the news seeing as Greyhound isn't concerned about the humans they have hostage.

My sons bus was abruptly and without a reason cancelled for his return trip after my mother’s funeral. He was stranded at the bus station in a strange town. No one was at the office. The 800 number was the only way he found out it was cancelled. No reschedule was suggested or offered to help him get home. The next day I had to purchase a new ticket which cost twice as much. When I called later, they refused to refund the cost of my replacement ticket. The app is like going back 30 years. Capitalism works but only when the company isn’t a monopoly. #GreyhoundSucks

My fiancee was supposed to be taking a bus to Portland Oregon we got there at the station waited for hours in the cold eventually left as we do not live in lynchburg and do not have our own car our friend had to take us back home we can't even get ahold of anybody on the phone and have no way to get back out there today ...I managed to get someone from roanoke greyhound to pick up and they said I'd have to pay 20 dollars non waivable fee to have a ticket reissued this is absolutely rediculous

I've always used Greyhound but Greyhound is now be can't come a rip-off bus company with your online service and you aren't notifying ticket price changing I'd rather use Amtrak now it's cheaper and many many services all the prices equal Amtrak has more legroom and you can walk around the bathroom is more cleaner and comfortable and it has more than one bathroom on the train on in the car so now I use Amtrak
To which destinations does it leave
I have no idea, I don't live dwn there. I just traveled through VA on my way to Knoxville TN n on my way home.
Your best bet is to just go there. There are a couple of 800 #s, but you are highly unlikely to ever get an actual person on the phone. 😒
I don't think so but not sure
