Order a plain bacon king and confirmed 5 different times it was plain. They yelled across the restaurant “plain bacon king” then you guys still managed to mess up my order and load it with toppings. I have no clue where the mistake was you guys are ridiculous.

I did not receive the food that I ordered. I made sure to check the bag before I drove away because this location in Grove City on Broadway is notorious for not getting the orders right. I ordered two double whopper meals one of the fries well done no salt I ordered a cheeseburger for my granddaughter a hamburger for my grandson and two eight piece nuggets when I got my bag, I had one Whopper one hamburger one nugget and cold french fries no fries that were well done without salt these were cold soggy french fries. When I told the people at the window they act like I was inconveniencing them asking for my order to be made whole for starters to give me the food that they didn't but to get it right on top of that. I don't know why I go to Burger King anymore.

ordered 2 no 1's and was never ask what our drink orders were to be. Got to window and they had 1 order only. We stated we ordered 2 and young woman at window could NOT be.more rude. She handed out a coke and we told her we wanted a tea. she was so rude. we didn't even get to tell her what they drink orders were

I came to this Burger King on broadway in grove city on Monday night with my family to order food to be told there’s only one employee and he’s “too lazy to make my order”. So im requesting to talk to cooperate and half this child fired, I shouldn’t be treated like a bad guy cause he ha’s to do his job in a way he can’t handle it. And yes this happened in front of my family. so overall a very poor and unfortunate, uncomfortable experience for me and my family.
