AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on multigrain bagel and after my first bite there was a disgusting long hair on it. I came back, showed them and they made me another one and that was cold, the sausage, the egg. I complained again, they looked at me like I don't care and refunded my money. I asked to talk with the manager, she came over, I explained to her and she did look at my face like "whatever", I am sorry and walked away. Yeah, this is how you get treated here.

How is this place still opened? This is my 2nd time going here 1st time I ordered a coolata tasted like soap or cleaning products. Today I went there for my niece because she really wanted doughnuts the lady was rude I had to repeat my order repeatedly; go to the drive thru window had to repeat it again it was literally 4 doughnuts I will never go there again I do not play about customer service especially if I’m spending my money there. If you don’t like your job that you CHOOSE to work at go somewhere else!!

Currently writing this review 30 minutes in the drive thru with 4 people ahead of me, another 5 customers in line inside. If you don’t have the staff for the day just shut down. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get a coffee at a place that specializes in fast coffee

I’m aware a coffee order at 8:56 may seem odd. If nobody wants to work the drive thru because it’s closing at 9, just turn your lights off and change your closing times. I sat there waiting for some assistance and received none.
