We ordered a salad and waited for over 15 minutes and still didn't get the salad. They need to re-train their people at the window customer service skills and how to interact with customers. We will never frequent this establishment ever again.

For some reason, I’m always disappointed when I leave Zaxby’s drive through. This time I spend near $30 for two meals and one kids meal which I was completely disappointed. The kids meal was supposed to be a two finger meal but turned out to be some kind of a mini sandwich and my salad was soo old that the lettuce and tomatoes were disgusting that I had to throw them away… you know once you leave the drive through it’s over and so was for me that night. I should have checked my bag before driving away. The only thing is going good for them is the prices keeps on going up…

I tried to give every food establishment a fair chance. This was not a good experience. Firstly, there is no entrance from the main roadway. You must go on a side road in order to enter the drive-thru. Up on entering the drive-thru I had to wait about 5 minutes before I could place an order. The attendant on the speakerphone told me to hold on and I'm not sure what she was doing so long. She took the order, and messed it up. There are signs posted all around about the five piece special on the boneless wings. I ordered the standard wings, and did not mention a sauce, so I thought they would be no sauce on the chicken. Being in a rush, I took my order and my drink and drove off. Getting to the stoplight of the street, I've been realized that the Zaxby's sauce was on the chicken. The sauce tastes like hot sauce, mixed with some kind of mustard or something, not very pleasant. I'm not sure why they would dip the chicken in this or any other sauce, but this is something that should be on the side of a dish, not smothered on the chicken. The fries were okay, only because I asked for ketchup. Because nowadays if you don't ask, you don't get. And make sure you ask after you've paid for your order or they will charge you extra for something you should have already gotten in your bag. The only reason why I even tried this restaurant was because I missed lunch, and was desperately hungry for something quick. It took about another 5 minutes to get my order done, so it was fairly okay time. Maybe next time I will just stick to plain chicken tenders and fries.
