When I first came here in 2014 Dr. De was my Dr. Since she left & I was transferred to another Dr here, My experience hasn't been as good. I don't think anyone really knows me & my history. No one returns my calls, waiting for appts. is ridiculous & everyone seems overwhelmed.

Staff has been helpful and attentive. They do appropriate follow ups. I never have to wait too long although the waiting room is small and can get crowded quickly. Free parking is s bonus. No complaints.

The doctors here are great but the support staff are absolutely horrible. I had surgery here but they wouldn't schedule a post operation visit for months after I was under the knife. Now my newborn is going to this practice , the doctor said he needs an important test done and it has taken weeks for the support staff to get it scheduled. They kept saying they needed pre auth from insurance, but after talking to our insurance company they made it clear the office never called and the test doesn't require pre auth. After telling them this they kept saying they would get it scheduled and call us back which they never did. Finally after fighting with the rude staff they gave us an appointment over a month out which isn't at all reasonable for a newborn that has to stay on meds until the test is done. After fighting with them more they were able to move the test up. This place is a mess.
