Worst insurance company I have dealt with. Only offers completely outdated information for finding providers. Completely useless information. I have put 5 hours into finding a provider with no success and most contact information is not even current. Customer service works off the same information so they can’t help either. Insurance is a scam they don’t want you to get healthcare.
