I thought this place had turned everything around when they replaced the whole staff. Everything is back to the way it was. I bring my family to go get coffee and munchkins and the front door is locked although the girl behind the counter was having a really intense conversation with a customer (must have been a friend) I wave inside as to question why the door is locked. Both ladies just looked at the four of us and went back to their conversation. I continue to travel to the Fayetteville location. Never had an issue there.

Lovely Tray

I’m a frequent guest at this location but after this visit I will never return. The lady who checked me out racially profiled me and me very uncomfortable. I believe because the card I have she assumed it was not mine when should could of asked for my ID w/ the card which would have been fine rather than insisting my card declined because it was me using the type of card. I have the app notification that tells me when transactions go through, once I told her my phone just told me it went she gave me the stalest blank nastiest stare I’ve ever experienced. Very uncomfortable. She then hands me receipt and card with no words. Just taste less

The attached receipt was my order... this is what I received. Relying that my order would be correct, I didn't check prior to leaving (totally my fault) & was of course DISAPPOINTED when I arrived to my destination (15 min away) to see what I received.

Sweet service! We ordered online and were given a couple wrong donuts. The worker gave us the right donuts plus an extra one for free. Yummy coffee too!
