I've been here several times. This was the worst service I've ever received.😏 First the hostess came over and took our orders without anything to write on. She assured us that she had it right because after all she has taken 50 people orders before so she definitely could remember 3 orders. Well that didn't go well because she put the orders in wrong. Alright, now the waitress is retaking our orders. She brings the food out and of course it's not right. I asked for a steak omelet add spinach. My omelet didn't have the onions in it and the spinach was half cooked and laying on top. I asked for water and a coffee at the very beginning and I never received the water. I drunk the coffee while waiting on the waitress to try to get the orders right. I then ask for a refill and some hazelnut creamer. Ten minutes later I was given 15 creamers and still no water or coffee refills. Let's get it clear I'm just telling my story because my friend and her grandson is dealing with their own issues with the service. I was really aggravated now so I asked for the manager. After she came over and we discussed what was going on she asked us in a very sarcastic manner what could she do for us to make it right. I asked her if we could just start all over again. She explained to us before she took our orders again that she just wanted us to know they didn't have any steak for the STEAK OMELET! I then ask her what were we eating? She said some type of beef🤔 and proceeded to tell me it's still steak. I was so heated at this point. I didn't want anything. I'll surely be reaching out to the cooperate office. 😡😡😡😡

The restaurant was packed, they had a family reunion seated at a group table and i could tell they were understaffed. The server we had was great considering having that large party and several other tables. She was fast friendly and kept her composure under the pressure.
