There were 6 kids and 3 adults in our boat. I don't think weight would be an issue

I'm pretty sure you can charter the whole boat (they have ones for 4 passengers) if you're willing to cover the other seat(s). They are great people to work with.

Yes, we have a ramp that goes down to the dock and once you're on the dock and next to the boat you have to take one stair-step height to get up into the boat.
I believe it was every hour on the half hour. We had the best tour guide he was awesome. Highly recommend going so much fun.
They can get you on the boat no problem.
