The manager duped me into signing up for a credit card by telling me it was a rewards program. Next visit none of my information works because they say I haven’t signed up for the rewards program. I feel violated.

There are barriers at all registers, social distancing foot markings and sanitizer to use. This store is one of the best Kohls around!
