Just always a terrible visit. Feel like on a seinfeld ep with the soup guy where have to walk on egg shells. Lot of places hiring if that bad of place to work. Barb always seems to hate I am taking up her time . Looking into self service for my items. Taking time to write this and other reviews has to get someone's attention....or not. Ha ha just noticed another review. Prob person ahead or behind me

Soooo I went in yesterday trying to do a passport application and was a bit miffed because they told me it was by appointment only - I explained to the ladies at the counter that I had been trying to call to ask that very question for several hours and nobody ever answers. Anyway I left, made an appointment online and went back in today fully prepared to write an awful review. The process was very swift - I made sure I had the correct docs which always helps and the ladies were polite and professional. However while I was waiting a woman came in to ship something to CA, was advised of prices and shipping times, got what she actually asked for and then started pitching a fit - a complete Karen. She made it very clear she was reporting the woman Coleen and blah blah. After watching this, there appears to be 2 women working there - underpaid and understaffed I would guess so perhaps next time, maybe cut them some slack...I know I will.
