Honestly this store is good it’s just filled with boxes and and other than the boxes I would always have to ask for the prices since they had no prices tags anywhere P.S *I went to this store a while ago I don’t know if they changed it by now

I had no problems with this store. At first reading all the negative reviews at me questioning but I wanted to see for my self. Yes there is ALOT of products and some things are in boxes in the back. But that what a wholesale store looks like! Doesn’t mean anything is wrong. The guy up front was so nice and helped me locate everything I needed! Yea things do not have prices but it’s not a big to ask how much something cost. And when I asked he game me all the prices upfront. He wasn’t bothered that I asked for prices in literally everything. Being from New York I’m comfortable and familiar with stores running business like this. I will definitely give them more of my business

IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD! I bought some eyelash extension glue from here in a pinch and it did not work! it has only been 2 hours from when I bought it. My mom ran into the same problem with nail glue also but she didn't bothered saying anything because it didn't cost much. They refused to give an exchange because "the whole bottle must be bad". What did they planned on doing with it? Reselling the defective product ? It was only $35! The lady I talked to gave me an attitude and said "it wasn't too bad because it's not like anyone died ". Its definitely not that bad but it's a matter of HUMAN DECENCY AND BUSINESS INTEGRITY! how do you run a business with this mindset. I WILL NOT be going back! I'll solely buy online now because a little inconvenient is worth it to never have to experience this again.
