My 100 year old grandma broke both legs and spent more than a month at Buffalo Crossing. Our family can’t say enough good things about the quality care, support and encouragement she received while attempting to fully heal. On her last day at the facility, Jill-CNP, even stayed late and made sure my grandma was transferred to Hospice on a holiday weekend at 10:00 pm. Also, a BIG shout out to Susan, CNA! Susan not only did her job with professionalism she loves and encourages her patients well! Thanks Buffalo Crossing staff for all the care and love you provided!!

A shout out to Bob, Ashley, and Dana for their skills as Physical Therapists. We all know that nobody "wants" to be there, but it is a necessity to returning to a new norm. PT is about both mind and body stimulus. These guys did a great job motivating my father who can sometimes be difficult. Todd Martin (director) you have some great people working for you!

I just want to say thank you to the staff at Buffalo crossings for being very caring and taking such good care of my husband. I want to specifically think Dan and all the therapists and the CNA’s they went above and beyond to help us even as we were being discharged. My husband would like to also add that the food was great lol

My mother was there today, her first day . She can’t walk on her own yet . The staff let her sit in one of those dirty adult diapers over 18 hours , with no one to change it out. When we call them out , the staff got mad. The nurse brought in medication . Not a word was said . She just dumped the pills in her mouth , made sure she swallowed and left . No hello, no how you feeling, no how’s the pain, nothing. It might be a 5 star building , but it’s staffed with 1 star people . If you care about your loved ones , don’t send them there. We are removing my mom tomorrow . Buffalo Crossing is worthless , and non caring . Borderline neglecting .
