Would give 10/10 stars if I could . Melanie shopped my insurance with several carriers and found the best rate for me . She found a rate that no one else can beat . The communication was GREAT. She was very patient and understanding with me . Alysa O’Connor was GREAT as well. She helped me with registering and plates. She was also very understanding and had great communication. She even offered to deliver my plates . Both Melanie and Alysa were very fast with getting me insurance, registering and plates . They both are here to help the community out . Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely the worst Insurance Company. Just turn on a TV or YouTube video and they plaster you with ads. 100% sales driven organization with absolutely no customer service. This company would do well to fire their marketing Department. Then take the money they saved and actually hire some customer service people. But don't take my word for it just turn on the TV and observe the amount of advertising they do versus other insurance companies.

Horrible service. Doesn’t matter if you call multiple times to assure a payment was processed on their end. They will tell you your all set knowing there’s a possibility that you might get a return payment, even though their app says you paid and you got the confirmation from their employees. Couple days later you will get an extra fee because you didn’t pay your bill.

Call claims. The vandalism of your fence may not be covered since no theft of property was involved. And, if your dog did damage to the car it might be covered by the liability portion of your home insurance. Always up to claims and based on your policy type, though.
You will receive a notice in the mail and you can file an appeal for the accident/points by filling out the paperwork and sending a check for it to be processed/reviewed by the merit rating board. It's worth it if they drop the points. They will be removed from the registry and policy. In New England this is often won if it's due to weather. Yes. Add your daughter onto your policy as a driver and she is fully covered to drive any vehicle you have on your policy in that case
You need an RMV-1 Form in MA and you can often get this from your Insurance Agency as they have to stamp it for the RMV to accept the form and transfer the plates to your new/other vehicle
