100 dollars in gift card = 1 pedicure. I had already done all the work because I scrub my feet everyday in the shower. She scraped the skin off the back of my heal. Still have a scab 2 weeks later? And my polish being messed up was blamed on my toe nail when I mentioned it being messed up. But she magically was able to repaint it (without "fixing" my supposed problem toe nail) and magically there was no longer a problem with the paint. They rush and could care less about the massage. Honestly I could say "what massage?" For $100? Waste

I went in to get my acrylics (that I also had done there) removed and instead of soaking them off, in a hurry/rush the man removing my nails used a plastic nails and sliced in between my real nail and the acrylic to remove it, ripping my natural the rest of the way off if that didn’t do the trick. Mind you, they weren’t extremely grown out or loose or anything like that, so they were still fused/cemented to my natural nail. Any nail tech would be able to tell that soaking them off would be a better option, even if ripping them off saved time. He continued to do it even though I was crying and he ripped my natural nails off at the tip when he was removing the acrylic. He ripped it too close to the tip of my finger that under my natural nail was exposed and bleeding. Even after I kept wincing and crying at every nail he removed, he continued. I’m young and my Mom wasn’t sitting next to me to stand up for me so I felt like couldn’t say anything in the moment. Next time I’ll make sure they soak them, even though that’s the typical procedure of removing acrylics anyway.
