Never write anything about the place we went… but this place really need to at least maintain the property. The property are really creepy even my kids feel so uncomfortable to stay another night. How they run the business need to be betterrrrrrrr in some many level. I don’t expect the place will be high end but really no word can explain how bad the place is and how creepy and shady the location are plus nothing the same between the pictures and the reality is. The price!!!!!…..U can go somewhere else the same price with better everything. DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS PLACE!!! GO SOME WHEREVER ELSE!!!!

They accommodated my family with a cabin and 5 rooms. We left the next day. Got caught in a snow storm,couldn't leave. Paid for another night then they gave us 1 free room. Great place to stay. Sarah is such a sweet heart.

We had a miscommunication with another place in Phoenicia that I won't bother to name and they basically threw us out of the office minutes upon arrival because we had our elderly cat. (Dogs ONLY, no cats!) We started calling places in the area in a panic after a long, stressful drive and the second place that was recommended was Cold Spring Lodge. Sarah was amazing, welcoming, and a calming presence after what we had just been through. We splurged and got a cabin and she gave us a carton of eggs and some butter since we weren't prepared for this type of stay. We loved it and it was sooo much better than the other place. Quiet, off the beaten path, beautiful surroundings, and a homey, roomy cabin. We were contemplating staying another night but alas, the real world was waiting. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time at the property. It is a nice property with a spacious and beautiful ground/back lawn. My friends and I stayed at one of the log cabins. The cabin was simple, cozy and clean. It got everything we needed to have a great time in the nature. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed having outdoor yoga and meditation sessions done on the lawn. There was an outdoor firepit that we very much enjoyed. They also have a nice full size swimming pool and oh yes we used it almost every day we were there :) The property is also near many Catskill hiking trails. Too bad the restaurant was not open while we were there. The new manager mentioned it will be open soon. We can’t wait to come back.
