After 2 week of waiting for mine y my husband’s appointment they call to say that the person performing my test has something else to do at the time of my appointment and I need to go hour and half early. I scheduled the appointment for both of us at the same time because we live a hour away. The day I scheduled the appointment I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them to coordinate the appointment, now they said that they can not move both appointment and if I want to go I should wait 2 hours in their office waiting for my husband appointment. The woman in the phone did not even look if their have any earlier appointments for my husband, it was take it or leave it…..

The absolute worst with communication. I’m a VA patient and they do NOT tell you what labs to do, I kept getting the run around and missed my initial labs. Instead I was told just show the generic paper from what’s in the folder, give our fax number and the VA will know per the Medical assistant in Orlando. WRONG!! What a complete waste of a day. I spent two hours at the VA with the nurse on hold trying to get a hold of someone.. Update- I spoke to Operations and they truly are helpful in getting you what you need from this facility. They were quick to respond and understanding! Thank you so much for assisting me on getting me what I need : )

I was contacted by the office manager and someone from marketing in regards to my review. Some things were explained a bit better and there was an effort to regain my confidence in the office. Unfortunately, it is a result of my negative review. They also requested I change my review. I do appreciate the follow up but it was only done based on my review. I’ve found another doctor that did my septum surgery and is very experienced in the field. Im not sure at this point if I would return to this office. They did offer me a free reconsultation but I’m still recovering from my surgery. I went to see dr Cabrera in winter garden. He was very nice and ordered some additional labs for me. He explained that they need to do genetic testing and it’s required for them to proceed. I do not see a point in doing genetic testing when I have not been able to conceive. The young lady at the desk took me into another room to draw my blood when I asked her if it would be covered by my insurance. I was told by both her and dr Cabrera that it usually is however nobody bothered to contact my insurance to verify. I did not have the testing done and I’m glad I didn’t because it is not covered at all. I didn’t get any answers or feel any better about what to do in regards to my septum. I’ve moved on to another doctor who i hope can help me. No follow up from his office at all I’m regards to the blood work I did or the genetic testing.
