No they don't handle passports other than new ones if you are a existing passport holder you can pick it up the form at the clerk of courts and they will tell you to go get a picture made at Walgreens or CVS you'll feel your own paper out they will also give you the cost of your new passport renewal if you are the first time they will do you passport but you must present birth certificates along with a couple of other documents you can call them and they will let you know
The Clerk's Office is in the same Park Central Plaza, however we have relocated from suite 1478 to suite 1590.
Most passport renewals are handled directly with Passport Services rather than at your local post office or Clerk of Court office. Please contact our office at 904-269-6302, extension 3714 and we can provide more specific instructions after understanding your individual circumstances.
Yes, but they may not offer you services depending on what it is. For example, they would not notarize papers related to my home mortgage.
They don't close for lunch, but are less staffed due to staggered lunch schedules.
Sorry don't know you will have to call them.
There are some attorneys that will do the for you on the cheap
Check online first for your area

Yes. You can pay at ncourt.com You need to have your case number (if you don't know it you can look it up on clayinquiry.com) The only disadvantage of.paying online is the amount of fees they charge you tondo so and it varies depending on what you owe. I would suggest going in person if you are able to do so.
$60.00 reinstatement fee at the DMV.
