So glad Shannon switched to working here. She's been grooming my JuneBug for 3 years, but I didn't like going to the chain she worked for. My pup loves to go see her friend and always looks great afterwards. Now I have another pup that also leaves there looking and smelling so nice.

Recently took my dog here to get groomed because somebody I know recommended it, not worth the money honestly, they did a good job with the haircut and bath but thats about it. I asked for a clean sanitation and they didn't do it, I asked …Hello, I am happy to hear the haircut was up to your standard as that is our goal but it does upset me there were things missed on the groom. Every groomer grooms differently just like every artist paints differently. Some groomers don't shave large sanitaries but we can certainly fix that easily. As for ear plucking, every dog is different, some dogs don't like it done and we get as much out as we can without cause to much stress to the pup. We don't have any record of this name in our system so I can't speak on how the groom went for your pup, but it would be great to know as this is a teaching opportunity for our groomers.
