I was charged a $96 fee just to receive the results of the testing I had ahead paid for…. it took 5 minutes for an NP to read the results and they called it a “consultation”. I work in hospital based medicine as a clinician myself, and that’s no consult. Please revise your billing policies, that is unethical. I reached out to practice manager and asked for a return call with no response.

Bring a lot of time and patience because they will make you wait. They also charge you first before any consultation, treatment, or analysis. Also, they had me come back for a "follow up" to discuss analysis results. After waiting a full hour, all they did was take my vitals (probably so they can justify charging $30 for the visit), and give me a printout. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL!

Worst experience ever!!! I’m embarrassed and hurt how this office and the Dr treated me. Lead me on to believe they can treat me to only tell me my BMI is to high and I have to lose over 100 + pounds to be seen. Not plus size friendly. They only care about your money. Please don’t waste your time and money in this office. The Dr isn’t nice anyways and he is very awkward and doesn’t explain anything. Or maybe it was just with me because he’s fat phobic.

After years of trying, Dr McNichol made what seemed impossible possible. I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant with twins. He and the staff are amazing. He takes his time explaining everything in detail and has great bedside manners. The clinic staff treat you like family. I most definitely recommend his clinic for anyone having issues getting pregnant.
