I have lived here 25 yrs and never had any problems but lately EVERY day they leave the mailbox hanging wide open .... Geez only take a fraction of a second and an iota of attention to close the box. Please just close the box.....

They don't even try to deliver my packages. They carelessly say "delivery attempted". If that was the case, why does Amazon, Fed Ex, and UPS never seem to have a problem? Oh I know what it is, you're a government run service. Which basically means you think you have the authority to make the rules. Well I'm tired of my tax dollars going to a bureaucracy that stopped caring decades ago.

Was it addressed to your neighbor? The package may be insured since it was expensive to fill in for incidents like these. Check the website and I believe you can file a complaint there
No, but there is a UPS drop off at the Tiger Food Store and in Yulee ar the UPS store. Nassau Printing can take them, too.
Did you have a tracking number? That would be the only way.
When the whole route is serviced. We have to be back no later than 5:30 pm back at the post office for the evening truck to pick up the outgoing mail and pkgs.
