They'd likely just want the doctor you see for treatment to send over any new information/documentation and go over everything, see if the current recommendation is working for your needs ect. I haven't had to do my yearly renewal yet. If you want to know for sure, you're better off calling the number on the website and asking, so you can go into the appointment prepared with what you need and minimize issues and processing time.

An initial assessment is $299. MMTC offers discounts to veterans and transfer patients. If you do not qualify for treatment, you will not be charged for the appointment. The Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use requires a patient to see their provider every 210 days (about 6 months) to avoid a lapse in treatment.
