I just made a phone call and the lady that I spoke with was very rude and racist. She thought she had hung up the phone but didnt and she started talking with the others ladies in her office, repeating what I said and making fun of me. She even said "she had to be hispanic because she had a bad accent" and then all of them started laughing and talking bad about me. I just lost my daughter in Bradford County a month ago and was trying to get some information on further steps I need to take and this is how i was treated in the "family" department. Ladies, I may have a weird accent and I am hispanic but your actions and words today show that I am a better person than all of you combined. Next time, be careful what you say about people. Leaving one star because I can not put zero. This place may want to consider hiring new and considerate people with some morals.
