The staff at the crystal river location are awesome. Almost like family....I was in one of their rentals for 3 months, yes 3 months while my truck sat at Eagle gmc waiting for a chip.....I can't say the same for corporate though...... after spending over $4,000 , I was awarded points for my first month of rental..... BUT THE OTHER 2 MONTHS I WAS NOT.... after numerous phone calls and finally requesting a supervisor, im still sitting here 2 weeks after my last phone call waiting for a supervisor.... SHAME ON YOU CORPORATE, SHAME ON YOU, THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY AT THIS POINT

The service I received was great, but the vehicle they put me in should not be in the fleet, it was supposed to be an economy car, but it was much more like a matchbox.you felt every bump on the highway all the outside noise even the roaring of the engine,my trip to north Carolina was miserable
