I called and Brent answered and let me know that they had time and space to check out my issues. When I got there, Tom was extremely professional and polite. I brought two cars in, one needing a battery and the other needing muffler repair. As my 89 Porsche 944S2 had a bad pipe, and my newest model Explorer had a bad battery. They diagnosed and replaced the battery on the Explorer. They didn't have parts on hand for the Porsche and the place that may have had the part was 0 balance. Tom directed me to other possible websites. Even as he was training someone else, he was still professional and courteous. Thank you Brent for a positive experience. This is my favorite Midas location.

Ask them i went to the manatee ave store. I found the business to be very proper. It was much better than the shell station at 59th and Manatee, who gave me a $4,000 estimate on a $2,000 vehicle that i had repaired elsewhere for less than half their estimate.
