I pulled up at 8:21 pm and an employee saw me right as I pulled up and turned off the open sign… it says you’re open until 9 pm on your website…. horrible customer service and incredibly rude. I never write bad reviews either but that’s unacceptable, 38 minutes is more than enough time to make me a smoothie.

The owner was working behind the counter. She is always polite and professional. Every time I stop in with my kids she includes them in conversation and gets their order out quick and with a smile. It is always clean and a well kept location.

Unfortunately I could not leave a -1. I made a order online 30 minutes prior to getting to the store due to my experience with a previous order taking about 50 minutes. When I arrived to the store today the lady behind the counter said I would have to take my order (chicken quesadilla and a turkey and cheese wrap) home and put it in the oven because their over was not working. I asked her to repeat herself because I thought she was joking. She then repeated it and said "well it's warm but it's not crunchy so you will have to take it home." I explained that I'm not going home and why would I want to take my order home to complete the cooking process. She the responded well you understand right. I'm not sure what's going on at this place, but I will never order from here again. The customer service at that store is non existent.

The smoothies were fine the food not so much. We did see all the bad reviews for this location but I just went for it. I won’t do that again. We ordered chicken quesadillas they came without chicken and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I ordered a Smokey grilled cheese and it was only cooked on one side and only had bacon on it???
