I went to get my spare patched, But didn't have the tool to take it down, it's located under my hood. But my hood would not pop open. So I asked if they had one and they said they can't find it. So I asked if someone could please help me open my hood, it's easy if you have two ppl. They said that there not a mechanic, I'm like wow really mean while my disable husband is sitting in truck, because he's unable to Walk and our tire was about to pop anytime the threads were showing really bad an we drove from Sanford keep in mind. So I'm like just put a used on then so we don't get stuck on the side of the road. So they looked around for maybe 5 minutes and said sorry we don't have one and for me to move so I wasn't taking up space. Very bad exsparince! We left and drove for over an hour looking for another used tire place an ended up finding one at King tires! Very nice man.
