If i could give a zero star I would I had nothing but a good experience living here since 2020 the women in the leasing are nice but the management seem too have a attitude and snobby for no reason and just want to kick people out, I am sure there was a way to make things right but the management just made it seem like they Couldn’t over turn a situation , they just need better management it’s just the disorganization that’s in the leasing office and with the renovations and all they want to be getting people evicted for every little thing, , first it was the issue with my son and I service animal then this. And in reality If you are trying to evict someone you give them notices or a call weeks in advance to let the tenant know that they will be getting evicted soon, ,just for not submitting a missing a paper here at Windsor I had lost my “hud” spot . Regardless of the situation it’s unethical and unprofessional I do not recommend living here.Especially 8 months pregnant and having a child it’s a no for me .

This place is like the city and the rental office doesn't in force anything they tell you police everywhere all the time

They never answer there phones.. I've called atleast 10 times on 2/22/19 to get ahold of the rental office and still no reply.. not very good customer service at all.. I'm trying to move in because of a situation I'm in and they tell me 5 different things each time I get ahold of them.
