Literally submitted service requests 2 months ago several times. They keep marking it as “completed” when no one comes to solve any problems. Ridiculous service, office people suck they don’t care and don’t respond. Maintenance never comes. Don’t move here, leaving as soon as our lease it up!

Everything here in Stonebrook has changed, there is no maintenance or the main sources, with the pools damaged and to complete, if the sink is damaged we send the request early, when I get home from work they are still the same, I call the emergency number and the employee Andy He tells me that he's not going to come tomorrow for 3 days with the same problem, you think it's fair that this happens when you pay for a service. Not to mention the broken front gates...

Please don't be fooled by past reviews. For the past couple of years, this property has gone down hill. Management does not keep up with the property and does not listen to its tenants. Pool maintenance is poor. There is black algea forming which means there's not enough chemicals put in the pool to prevent bacteria from forming. Twice a week they disconnect the water, especially phase I. They call it "emergency maintenance". They are wanting top dollars for the rent, trying to keep up with the abuse of rental increases in the area, but they are doing nothing to make it worth paying for.
