My mom and I used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, within the last year or so, the experience has completely gone downhill. They overbook appointments and take every walk-in, so you are typically forced to wait over a half hour after your appointment time and then you are rushed in and out. The atmosphere has become noisy and anything but relaxing (mostly from other customers not being respectful). We have started going elsewhere for our nail appointments and unfortunately will no longer be returning here after giving it too many second chances.

The few times I was in there they were clean very quick to get started and did a very nice job.

The young girl who is always yelling “Tip tip” is unprofessional. She forces you to tip even if you don’t want to.
