Well kept, the grounds always look so nice, I have great neighbors. The school bus stop is a hop skip and a jump away from my mobile Home I can see the mail man from my window. theres a park with swings basket ball court. And it's afordable which is good, they take care of garbage removal, and water you pay your heat and lights and cable . Great place to live.

Went up to Vista family. Roads have so many deep pot holes, ontop if that. Family was talking about how awful the people who run the park are with so many restrictions. So sad to hear

Nice Park setting but management doesn't follow its own rules. Enforces the rules for some but not others. Roads are poor, they don't fill potholes, so you consistently have car repair bills. They often don't keep to their own timetable to do park repairs, they torn up my back yard to fix drainage problems and never came back (now 6 months later) to make permeant repairs and to fix my yard. Management if often unwilling to work with tenants. and often times down right rude.

ALSO the posts below this are false, BASKATBALL COURT IS FULL OF CRATERS AND HASNT HAD A NEW NET IN 10+ years...AND THE LOT NEXT TO ME HASN"T BEEN MOWED OR CLEANED UP SINCE LATE JULY HMMMMM< LEAVES AND STICKS EVERYWHERE, AND LOOK AT MY PICTURE OF SCHOOL BUS STOP NOT MAINTANANCED, FULL OF ICE...HMMMM.. 3-11-22 update, Good news/Bad news ... 100 views of this posting in last few weeks!! Update ,worker car has been parked in road for 26 of the last 30 days which is against rules!! Also this low I.Q person leaves(OUR) plow up when parked, which destroys front end of (OUR)truck. Wastes company money using (our) truck to drive to stewart's and to work. Doesn't use his car or gas.. IT's OUR money he wastes. UPDATE, It's Christmas day and you could ICE SKATE ON EVERY STREET in the park. HORRIBLE MAINTANANCE PRACTICES ,and no my hoarder neighbor has done nothing but add more junk to his lot...Resident at 85 Maple Lane is a hoarder, junk collecting everywhere ,TOTALLY against park rules, Boats ,trailers in driveway against rules, clutter everywhere. Tables ,chairs, bike, Atv, ect. He beats his little dog daily as heard by other neighbor. WATER issues here as well "b" sample is from faucet will post results from Lab ASAP.
