This Dr office is a joke. They don't do what they are supposed to do and then get rude with you on the phone when you ask why things weren't don't that were supposed to be done and then when they don't want to hear thru get rude and make comments like I didn't know I was his babysitter. Well your the one that said you sent the imaging request to ati and we never received a call from them so obviously they didn't get it.

the most negligent doctor i have ever heard of in central florida. he doesn’t care about you and will not run important tests you need for medical diagnoses you have had for years and have had confirmed. will cancel appointments non stop and it’s so hard to reschedule. make sure you have all records in hand from this office because the records they send and so blurry that the medical history is basically lost. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

I have always had exceptional care by Dr Mondello. Sometimes in any profession staff members can find a different job or maybe even a staff member doesn't fit that particular jobs needs and isnt working out . It's no different in the medical field. I sometimes have a longer wait than other times and that's understandable. After all it's not Walmart. It's a doctors office with hundreds of people receiving medical care.

What has happened to this place. I haven’t seen Dr Mondello in years, its always a PA and this last one was the worst. It has been two weeks and my prescription still hasn’t been called in. No one wants to take responsibility for anything. I was generous with the 1 star.
