You can't go wrong with Dom! He's helped so many of our friends and family He's honest and more than fair. Sometimes just his advice is enough to help make sense of things without retaining him as well as getting things settled in a timely manner, as we all know Sometimes good people get overwhelmed by life and we are all capable of bad choices when under stressful situations. He treats people like family so when you're wrong he won't hesitate to let you know and as a professional gets right back on track with business without a grudge. Solid guy all around Don't waste time looking around Dom is the real thing

Go to "Askthedom.com", that's a good place to start, there's a place for questions and yes, he answers them himself.

Good morning Dom, I have an appointment for a hearing today at 1:30 I think I have the flu. I have a fever n chills and I am very weak. How do I adjourn this. I don’t need to infect the entire court house

I'm not Dom but I recommend going regardless. They give warrants for missing court.

Does child support payments end when the childs mother marries. My sons mother is getting married. My son is 15. We were never married. Question is ...After she is married do I still pay child support?

I feel I am not guilty and would like to go to court to remove the careless infraction trhat the trooper had assesed on me ( in a biased way as when I ask him questions he actually was attacking me)

Make an appointment to discuss this with the Attorney.

How do I get my 15 year old daughter emancipated? And how much does it cost?

Just go to the clerks office and file the paperwork. Depending on your income the only cost would be court cost which could be waived due to indegency. Again that would depend on your income. With that being said it is something any parent should regret regardless of the childs behavior.

Only worked for 4 days...refusing to pay me..what can i do legally

I would Google the question myself if I needed to know and go from there.
