You can't go wrong with Dom! He's helped so many of our friends and family He's honest and more than fair. Sometimes just his advice is enough to help make sense of things without retaining him as well as getting things settled in a timely manner, as we all know Sometimes good people get overwhelmed by life and we are all capable of bad choices when under stressful situations. He treats people like family so when you're wrong he won't hesitate to let you know and as a professional gets right back on track with business without a grudge. Solid guy all around Don't waste time looking around Dom is the real thing

Go to "Askthedom.com", that's a good place to start, there's a place for questions and yes, he answers them himself.
I'm not Dom but I recommend going regardless. They give warrants for missing court.
Yes, till your son is 18
Make an appointment to discuss this with the Attorney.
Just go to the clerks office and file the paperwork. Depending on your income the only cost would be court cost which could be waived due to indegency. Again that would depend on your income. With that being said it is something any parent should regret regardless of the childs behavior.
I would Google the question myself if I needed to know and go from there.
