The newly rebuilt park seems to be nice for children. A few tennis courts, basketball courts, and softball/baseball fields encompass said playground and a central restroom facility. However, this doesn't take the cake. In my opinion, it's the path that winds through the forest and encounters the river. Either way, it's a nice place to visit if you have children or want to get out and take stroll.

Very busy Easter Sunday! The tennis and basketball courts were filled with children and adults as well as the playground. The 3 baseball fields were empty. The trail towards the back of the park is about a 30 minute walk to the end and back. Great for walking or cycling. Beautiful scenery, one of a kind. The public restrooms were stocked and mostly clean. Definitely worth a return visit!

nice park. close to wilderness trails including Wincopin. don't take that path which winds around the soccer fields and basketball court--there are fences around those facilities and if there are people playing ball, balls keep going over the fence and you end up being a ball retriever over and over again.

Beautiful park that offers several hiking trails. The one we took actually went under I-95, which wad pretty neat. The trails were a lottle muddy, but well kept otherwise. Decent number of other folks were on the trail, so we never felt isolated.
