Horrible customer service as of late. Never used to be in all the years I’ve been at this bank. Phone service people don’t seem to be knowledgeable anymore. Went into bank after years to solve a problem and banker had to not listened with empathy with my 2000 dollar error. I’ve never had such a bad experiences. I’m done and moving on.

May be nice but wait time is long. It is a toss up if the commercial line in open. I am leaving frustrated, again.

This location is terrible, parking lot always full (employees) not only understaffed, but very slow. I recently started a business account and was told no fees unless the balance falls below $100....well I was misinformed, it's actually $500 so I am now being charged fees. Asked to speak to someone, but need an appointment. I'll be switching banks for my business asap Update: I received a reply from "owner" an hour after leaving the review telling ME how I can email more details so that they can look into these issues. Wow...Thanks for the opportunity but I'll pass, I've spent quite enough time on hold and in line at your bank.

Had the best experience today! A teller named Tiffany was so conversational and related to me like I was more than just some person she needed to process a transaction for. She also explained everything thoroughly, and was completely friendly and professional. This location was quite busy today, but I wasn't rushed and everybody was very nice.
