These people are lazy and do NOT know how to read! They are disrespectful and rude to their customers. Worst post office I have ever been to they really need to work on their customer service skills.

Our carrier Rita is a thief she has stole mail from our mailbox the postmaster Steve has done nothing in order to stop the stealing or has the postal inspector done anything to help us with the Thief from Rita please be advised to watch what you were getting and when you are supposed to be getting it I am missing stemless checks bank statements and checks from customers some have been cashed and some have not

There is normally only one clerk working at the PO at any time. If the clerk is waiting on customers at the counter they are unable to take phone calls. In addition the Old Town office is closed for lunch between 1 and 2 pm. Hope this helps.

Old Town always opens at 10am, I think. Otherwise, I imagine you can speak to your carrier and they can bring it to you as mail is still running.
