Customer Service was Excellent! We were first in store so we were helped right away...but 2 customers walked in while she was taking care of us and had to wait...maybe another customer service associate on Saturdays would be a good thing!

Such knowledgeable staff who take care of and spend time with each customer to make sure you are satisfied before leaving the store. Don't be in a rush when you come, but expect excellent customer service especially from the Murray GM Savannah.

We started our account back in October 2021 and it is now March 2022. We have not had one consistent bill. Our bill is supposed to be around $200 each month, and our next bill is over $500. This is all due to this store having absolutely no idea what they’re doing on top of tacking on all kinds of “fees”. As this is technically not a real Verizon store, Verizon corporate will not back anything they say or charge. They charge for fees a regular Verizon store does not. I do not recommend going here unless you like surprise bills each month, fun surprise “fees”, and zero customer service.
