There are lots of vape shops around town but I will drive out of my way to make sure I get my vape supplies here! They are the best in town by a mile! They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They suggest, ask questions, listen, and give advice and opinions relevant to what I’m looking for - something you don’t get at other shops. I can’t recommend them enough!! 10 stars if I could.

Best vape shop I have found throughout Orlando! This is the only shop I have been able to find the proper replacement pods for my device at this store. I use a Geekvape One which I had purchased from another shop that rarely carries the pods. Coincidentally, that shop sold me the Geekvape because they no longer carried pods for my Caliburn A2. Luckily, I found the iSmoke Outlet where they have done everything possible to ensure replacement pods are available whenever I come in! Thank You!!!

Unlike some smoke shops that I have been to which project a convenience store/gift shop aspect , I SMOKE OUTLET on Orange Blossom Trail, has a more relaxed ambiance which, after making my first purchase there about seven years ago, keeps me returning. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell which is extremely instrumental when deciding what product you want to purchase. But also helpful and caring ! Case in point: I was returning a device to Jake because I was having problems with it. It turned out that I had made a simple mistake when setting the device up which ultimately damaged it. Jake could have negotiated a discount price for a replacement but, instead, he replaced the damaged device free of charge. Great customer service!
