Horrible doctors office, been trying to get a physical for 2 years and they keep canceling my appointments. Had an appointment with nurse Kimberly May, she was completely dismissive of anything I had to say, and very rude. Treated me like a dope fiend trying to get opiates, when I merely needed ear drops, for a simple ear infection that this office hasn’t been able to cure In the previous 3 visits I’ve had with them for this issue. Also when looking closely at billing it definitely appears they are fluffing the billing with things that are not authorized or asked for. If I’m visiting the Dr for an ear infection, why is my insurance getting billed for a depression screening and a weight screening? This topics were not even discussed or asked about. I will be discussing this with my insurance provider as this appears to be a deceptive billing practice.

Absolutely disgraceful experience here. Nothing like being gaslighted by a doctor for 4 months because he had issues as an alcoholic in his past, only to be told he never requested my records or read any previous notes. Essentially refusing to discuss my symptoms with any of my other doctors because I'm too young to have these symptoms, despite my GI providing a diagnosis and testing showing my the majority of my stomach is paralyzed. Avoid at all cost, they will just gouge you for their "services" unless you have a top of the line PPO. American Healthcare is obviously a scam, but it shows most at places like this. EDIT: After being told the office manager would be reaching out I never received a call back. No update on the records they were supposed to request for me, but they were kind enough to send a letter stating they can no longer treat me because I'm unhappy with their service. What a joke. UPDATE 7/13: Lisa - the supervisor made me sign physical releases for all my medical records over a month ago (because they never got them months ago when they should have), and never sent them out or to her medical record department. This place is a dumpster fire. Highly recommend if you experience anything similar to report them to the Florida Department of Health, as I will be doing. Cannot make this stuff up.
