The employees are nice and food is good but this location is not the one I would choose. Different ingredients are constantly missing even during not so busy hours, the store is online only at different times. There are no constant hours of open or online only so often times you won’t know if it’s online only until you are already there.

Rarely is this Chipotle open for dine in or in person ordering. When they are open, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I understand it probably really sucks to work at Chipotle and I can appreciate that. But don’t take it out on your customers, take it out on your company/management. This whole, “We’re in a crisis. We’re doing our best.” mentality isn’t going to get you anywhere. Do better. Not too mention I’ve ordered online multiple times and rarely receive all the items I ordered. Then, using the app to get a refund is all but short of pulling teeth and nails. You only get to speak to an automated AI bot that usually only refunds maybe half your order? Oh, and portion sizes when you order online is a joke! They totally half *** their portions when you aren’t standing in front of them

I went today to the chipotle on France Ave. And I’m very unhappy that this burrito was almost 10 dlls !! Look at the su size !!! 😞They count the pieces of the steak and the grains of the rice , sour cream was almost two size of the burrito and the lettuce was like 6 pieces . I’m sorry but if they want to save work or food in cooking , we the customers pay a good amount of money for the food and is just not fair that at the end of the shift they might throw the food away. And when I asked why is the burrito too small the cashier only said “ did you saw him making it “ ? And I said yes . And nothing else was said .

Dear General manager of this Chipotle location. Next time you place your inventory order please over order or learn how to calculate how much stuff you need. This is the 4th time you guys were out of something. Cheese, chips, guacamole, salsa have been out at this location all at different times I have came in. Also if you are out of something for online orders please have someone tell us when we pick it up. Have some continuity with in person orders and online orders. I get the same thing every time and Everytime I order online for pick up I get this tiny burrito made with zero care. This burrito is not worth $10
