I would love to rate higher because we did end up with a nice fence but to say the process was annoying is an understatement. This is a long detailed review: When we decided to invest in a 6ft vinyl privacy fence we had 3 different companies come out to do quotes. The 2 company's we choose not to go with were cheaper but quoted 4 to 6 weeks for job to be completed due to needing to wait for a permit and other jobs they had ahead of. When superior fence came out we liked that the quote was more high tech and they emailed us the layout. The cost was more then the other but the sales man said they could complete in 1 to 2 weeks (both in person and in email), I said wow that's a lot quicker then other companies and he claimed they could get it done quicker. Let just say that was not true at all. From the time we paid to the scheduled date of installation was 6 weeks. They blamed it on the city permitting taking forever (that should have been disclosed in the quote) but we actually followed up directly with the city a week after it was supposedly filed (we have been doing lots of home improvements and have never had delays in permits). He advised it wasn't even submitted yet. It was a lot of back and forth and stress to finally get an installation scheduled. Date rolls around for installation and we were told the installators would be there between 9am and 12pm and it would be a 1 day project. Took the day off from work and waited around. As 12pm approached no word or communication so I had to call to make sure we were still on. I was advised they were at another job and they needed to finish and go get supplies but they would call, a couple hours later the installers arrived. They advised because it was so late they wouldn't be able to finish. They ended up barely starting and were here for 2 hours and left and said they would be back the next morning. We had plans and theme park tickets with family from out of state that day but we canceled because getting the fence was more important to us. They did come the next day and finish and the fence looks nice. I do have to give credit where credit is due both the installers and office lady where very nice and pleasant. The next day after actual installation (Friday) I called the office because we never received the permit and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to or would get it later. She advised that the installers forgot to give it to us and she would see if he could drop it off same day, if not she would send an email with and it and we would need to print it for inspection. Tuesday rolls around and no permit delivered. Once again I have to follow up and they emailed it over. Now the cherry on the top of the frustration I have to hurry up and get this permit printed before the inspector comes (at some undisclosed time) and I go to print it and it's not printing all the writing (there are notes added to the form) so now on a business day trying to leave work to go to a professional printing service to take care of something that was supposed to be provided in the service. So in conclusion we went with a more expensive company that in the end did not end up being superior in any way as far as time, convenience or service. We may or may not ever get the permit that apparently caused so much delay to start.

Neal and his partner were very curtious and professional fence installers and paid attention to detail. They did a great job. I ordered this project thru home depot and was very pleased with the outcome. They get the 4 stars. This company's communication was not the best. Wrong materials were ordered after discussing at length what I wanted done. When it was brought to the project managers attention...it cost me more than original quote and I was told that I signed the contract so I should have caught that myself. Also, the office called me with date and time when installers would be at my home and I woke up to my phone blowing up that these guys were waiting on me to do the original walk thru before the scheduled time. I also was told this would be a 1 day project which lasted over 2 days. Again...very important to communicate with customers. My fence did turn out fabulous and I am very pleased with the final outcome even though I could have done without the added hassle and confusion with the amount of money I invested in this project.

Arrived before scheduled time and done with no issues. Removed chain link fence and installed vinyl fence and done within 3 hours. Great job !!
