Most disorganized Subaru Service in this part of Florida. Called to get an estimate for spark plugs replacement for Crosstrek. Spent 15 minutes waiting and being transferred between service and parts departments because nobody knew the answer. Got a quote for spark plugs itself from second part's department employee ($192), but he couldn't provide a total cost for replacement and told me I had to talk to service which I did twice before being transferred to him. Service claimed they don't know the cost of parts or labor. After talking to 4 different people both in service and parts, I was told by last person I spoke to that my advisor is not available at this time so they cannot provide me with the estimated cost for spark plugs replacement, and if I want, my advisor will give me a call when available. I am not sure why it has to be so difficult and why do I need to talk to "my" advisor while I don't consider any service employees to be "my" advisors at this Subaru service. This is absolutely ridiculous. 4 other Subaru Services were able to provide cost estimate right the way over the phone within seconds. From my experience with this Subaru service, prices are significantly higher compare to other Subaru services in this part of Florida. Last service I was quoted for was 42% higher compare to what I paid at another Subaru dealership service locally. Since then I prefer to shop around. Telling me I have dirty air filter and my battery is due for replacement while none of this is accurate is getting old. I replaced both air filter and battery within last month elsewhere because of ridiculously high prices at this location (they wanted $50 for air filter and $299 for battery) and asked how it was determined I need it at this time. I was told since they don't have records of me replacing it, they highly recommended it. How about checking both? And now with the lack of customer service and lack of caring employees who rather transfer you 4 times than get you an answer, I don't think I will be back here. To anyone considering doing service here - shop around for better prices and better customer service! It's available, trust me!

From the phone call to check on availability of the vehicle I had found to the friendliness of all the staff, I was extremely impressed with Subaru of North Tampa. I had my 4 year old son with me and we were basically greeted like family. Candy our sales rep was so kind to me and him. She was very patient, giving him paper and highlighters to color with and letting him help put the tag on the back. She went above to spend time with me after I bought the car to show me features of the car and how to use everything. Zach was awesome and made the numbers work for me. And Joe, he also was so great, patient with us and let my son be involved. The whole experience was a complete 180 of what you would normally encounter when walking into a dealer ship. BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had!
