The doctor himself is good at his job, but getting in touch with the office can be a bit of a bear. Sometimes you call multiple times during business hours and the answering machine will respond as if they're not there. Perhaps have a specific message recorded for vacations the doctor might take? The office wait is extremely long, too. I wouldn't schedule an appointment if you don't have 1-3 hours free during the day. There's just an overabundance of patients which slows things down. Most likely due to the need for more staff in the medical industry in general.

Very passionate in what he does, from the front staff to the nurses. They take the time to here your concerns and answer any questions without any hesitation. Dr smith delivered my baby and he put me through ease the whole time when delivering with so much care in his voice you can tell he was so happy to bring the baby into the world.

Dr. Robert Smith is the best Gynecologist I have ever had. He takes time to thoroughly explain everything and ensures he has answered All of your questions. I have been coming to see Dr. Smith and his team of Tremendous & Caring  women ( from the receptionists to nurses & doc assistants) since 2020. They have always been so kind, attentive, passionate, and give the best care.  Every time I come for a visit, I really feel like my well being is of utmost importance to them and they take all my concerns into consideration to provide the best treatment. I will continue to use them ❤️ they are amazing and I would suggest them to any woman in need of the best Gyno/OB doctor!! Thank you for doing your job with your heart !
