Beautiful well maintained park. Very friendly neighbors and park management. Close to 3 towns for shopping and dinning. Lake Alfred, Winterhaven, Auburndale. Only issue is park lot rental is a little expensive and includes no water or trash pickup. Otherwise would be 5 star.

Why is 511 Club Hill rd allowed to keep a JUNK car in his driveway against community rules? Also green mold on his house and yard not kept up?

You rent your lot. 511.00 a month. Some think it is high but you get what you pay for. This park is landscaped very nicely, heated pool and hot tub, club house, gated community. I love it here. The nicest people here from the day l moved here 4 years ago. I am not sorry l chose Kings Pointe to call home.
