No stars I just called them and they told me I couldn't get car insurance unless I'm not door dashing and I use my car for personal and commercial use. And the crazy part about it. I was referred from a lady who does Uber eats❗❗❗

I am beyond frustrated with this insurance company. I was in a car accident that was due to another driver failing to yield the police report and witness statement suggest the other party was at fault as well. I have been giving the run around ever since I tried to file a claim the representative said was having a hard time understanding me and I was having a hard time understanding her as well she was getting irritated when I’d ask her to explain things fast forward to processing my claim. I ask for another rep who was better than the first rep however I have not yet received any follow up on when my car can be take. To the collision shop to be service I reached out to the appraisal they informed me they sent other my estimate on the 12 to the collision shop and Cure. I tried reaching the representative emailed her no response then I tried to pay my bill online like I normally do found it mighty funny after I had this accident I couldn’t make my payment online to do it over the phone. I personally feel that they are trying to deny my claim I have since then reached out to my attorney because this is beyond ridiculous . I spoke so highly of them to a lot of my co workers who are actually considering getting this insurance 7 people very interested however now due to this situation I wouldn’t want my co workers to go through this at all.

After reaching the correct persons my claim was taken care of in a timely manner; my car was repaired within 2 weeks and my rental car lease went without a hitch. So I upgrade my rating. The rates were great. The customer service and website are terrible. I had a minor damage to my car ; the adjuster was sent out in a timely manner, that was over 6 weeks ago. The claims adjuster assigned to me never answers the phone or returns calls from a message. Requests to speak to a supervisor just sends you in a loop. It was minor damage; heaven forbid if my car was undrivable. The dealership will not let me bring the car in because I have CURE insurance; they say payment takes too long. Apparently the organization was not ready for the influx of Michigan Drivers.

I have been with cure auto insurance for many years and i have never paid with a card except for two month ago that was when i learned of this.i didn't like it at all in fact i was pissed.that is taking straight advantage of it's customers.i don't know why they are doing this to tell you the truth.i don't pay with a card anymore i go to the carnegie center to pay in person.
And MC for less than that with State Farm
You need a commercial policy. Auto insurance companies cannot write a vehicle that is used for commercial purposes. It's a standard thing

If u call the customer service number the representative u speak with will give u their email. You can send it while on the phone with them so they can confirm receiving it. That is what I did.

Yes, but there is a 25$ fee or so. It can't be canceled for 3 months then reinstated

I'm sorry to hear about that. It took me calling there almost everyday to get my claim reaolved. And even then I was only leaving messages. It was about 11 months that it was being "worked" with them before it was resolved. I hope it all works out
Yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for. They have terrible customer service. If you do happen to get in an accident expect it to take a year to reaolve your claim. I would not go with CURE if I had the choice.
Better way to pay its with ur cheking account, add cure to bills to pay and no problm

I have cure and I pay my bill by mail. Check is free money order is 59 cents.
Your payment will just roll over to the next month assuming your not already behind
You can definitely call them and try and work something out but from past experience with them they normally dont work with you at all. I would change insurance before renewing with Cure auto
