Went to your facility to take a tour and discuss starting daycare for my dog. Noticed all the Covid restrictions posted on your front door. Can only speak for myself, but I'm certainly way over this at this point as I believe most folks are. Turned around and left. Your competitors don't have mask requirements, I went there instead -

Stacy Marshall. You were charged two nights and $30 for a late pick up on the third day. This policy is clear in all our written communications and website. The reason the manager didn’t know how much the cost would be because she didn’t check you in and was unsure which pet you were picking up. Also, we have Covid protocols because we deal with people all over the country and have no idea what they have been exposed to. We are hopeful you find a facility which is more to your liking.

It was an ok experience. I’m new to the area and just use to taking my dogs to their suite with their toys etc. The staff just meets you at the door grabs your dog and goes, when I picked him up she met me at the door I gave her my credit card tells me she doesn’t know how much it costs brings me my dog and charges me for three nights when he only stayed two. Usually if you pick your dog up before the end of the day and they don’t stay the night you are NOT charged for a nights stay, at least that’s what they do in Indiana. Will not be going back.
